Please join us at Toil Oregon & FIGGINS Winery in Walla Walla, located atop the picturesque Figgins Estate Vineyard, for a 1-hour journey through the history of the renowned Figgins family of Leonetti Cellar and their expansion into new wine projects - FIGGINS and Toil Oregon. Your $25 non-refundable experience fee provides you with a unique and intimate experience where our concierge guides you and your group through the premium Bordeaux wines from FIGGINS and Burgundian wines from Toil Oregon, highlighting the family's deep commitment to expression of place, legacy, quality, and pedigree. Tastings are for parties of four or less and are available by appointment only, so please request a reservation.

 

If the date of your choosing is fully reserved, we strongly encourage you to join the waiting list. We do have cancellations and will reach out if something comes available. Please Note: Experience fees are non-refundable unless you cancel at least 48 hours before your reserved date and time.

TOIL OREGON ALLOCATION & SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERS: Please secure your reservation using your Allocation or Subscription Member account email address to receive 2 waived experience fees per visit up to four times per year. The 2 fees will be waived when you confirm your reservation.

Toil Oregon Wine & Food Pairings

 

Toil Oregon Pinot Noir & Balsamic Pesto Polenta

What a discovery when you find something that is simple to create, beautiful to look at, and pairs amazingly well with one of your favorite wines! These polenta rounds are brushed with olive oil, grilled for 5 minutes on each side, topped with pesto, diced tomato, and balsamic glaze. The pesto, tomato, and balsamic pair perfectly with the acidity of Toil Oregon Pinot Noir. Each bite and sip combination is lively, fresh, and energetic.

Toil Oregon Chardonnay & Greek Quinoa Salad

Salads can offer great color, flavor, and crunch. This is a slight variation on a traditional Greek salad. The quinoa adds a lovely nutty note, the creaminess of the roasted garlic hummus and feta complement the medium body of the Toil Oregon Chardonnay, and the bright, crisp fruit provides the perfect balance to the sweetness of the tomato and the coolness of the cucumbers.

Toil Oregon Rosé of pinot noir & summer berry salad

A delightful salad of roasted walnuts, goat cheese, fresh berries, peppery radishes and poppy seed dressing. The toasty walnuts, fresh fruit, and tangy cheese bring out the Oregon strawberry, notes of rhubarb and mild earth, and bright acidity in this robust Rosé. To amp this up and make it a meatless meal, add a spinach and mozzarella-stuffed portabella mushroom!
