Wine Club Terms & Conditions

Welcome and thank you for becoming part of the Toil Oregon Wine Club! To help you make the most of your membership, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies, terms and conditions.

TOIL OREGON WINE CLUB

Toil Oregon offers wine clubs at four tiers: 6 bottles Pinot Noir, 6 bottles mixed wines, 9 bottles mixed wines and, 12 bottles Pinot Noir processed twice a year; spring & fall.

There is no fee to join a Toil Oregon Wine Club. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.

All Toil Oregon club members and the person signing for your wine shipment must be at least 21 years of age.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

The Toil Oregon wine club is a recurring club of two wine shipments per year. Upon signing up for the Toil Oregon wine club, your membership will continue until cancellation.

There is no minimum time commitment to membership, and you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. Membership continues on a per-shipment basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting toil@toiloregon.com. By clicking “Submit” on our wine club sign-up form, you authorize Toil Oregon to charge your credit card for recurring club shipments until you cancel your club membership.

UPS Grounnd SHIPPING

Extra charges incurred for redirected or returned wine shipments are the responsibility of the customer and charges will be applied to your credit card on file.

UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning orders to Toil Oregon. It is your obligation to notify us of any billing or shipping changes prior to the next shipment or any earlier deadlines specified in the advance email notification prior to the club release.

CANCELLATION
