WINEMAKER’S NOTES

The bouquet is a tropical tantrum of Asian pear, passion fruit, and lemon rind with notes of fresh apple and a hint of banana. The palate opens with bright acidity, followed by full-bodied elegant minerality and rich pear with a smooth and lingering fruit finish.
